Creating a prototype allows you to study the impact of a design in the real world. You’ll understand the impact of your design choices, gain valuable feedback from others and use these learnings to refine the design process.
From the very first proof of concept, right through to pre-production, prototypes that look and perform exactly like the final product will help you refine and perfect the final product, avoid costly pitfalls and save you time and money in the long run.
We use the latest 3D CAD software to generate production-ready data for manufacturing. This allows us to design and verify components rapidly and accurately. Ensuring designs are fit for purpose and meet all manufacturing requirements. The 3D data we produce is also be used to generate other valuable assets such as 2D production drawings, 3D printed prototypes, CNC and machined prototype parts, photo-realistic product images and more.
We employ various rapid prototyping options allowing for fast and cost effective design validation and turn-key product design. These include 3D Printing (FDM), Selective-Laser-Sintering (SLS), Stereolithography (SLA) and Computer Numerical Control (CNC). We 3D print in-house to churn out quick evaluation models to test ideas or forms.
For more demanding applications, our workshop in China produces parts for us from production realistic materials to provide the most accurate performance and evaluations.
Almost anything can be prototyped to give you accurate and instant feedback about a specific component, or your new product as a whole. Our in-house workshop complete with 3D printers, is the perfect place to test out ideas and develop prototypes. We have access to a local and global network of suppliers who can assist with the production of prototypes at every stage of the product development process.
Our experienced team is here to assist you with your production needs. Whether it is a turn-key solution, supply of production parts, factory visits or supplier correspondence. We are here to help. From sourcing, tooling, production and import, as well as packaging and certifications, we’ll guide you through the entire process.
