Industrial Design.
Design is our problem-solving tool. We use it to drive business growth and positively shape future human experiences.
For us, design is all about developing real-world solutions to real-world problems.
When you create products that your market needs and wants, the rewards return to your business. Not only in your bottom line, but in a market that wants more of what you offer.
We take immense pride in solving real-world problems through the application of great design.
Our design team exists to bring ideas to life by delivering beautiful and functional product designs. They blend the practical and the creative to design products that are focused on both the needs of the end-user and the commercial realities of business.
They’re the bridge between the engineer and end-user, as well as the engineer and marketer. They’re trained to think about interaction, ergonomics and aesthetic appeal.

Product Engineering.
Engineers have a unique ability to make our best product ideas a reality.
Our engineering team is able to understand and develop detailed systems and mechanisms, design and manage complex assemblies in 3D CAD, perform part analysis and optimisation through calculations and virtual simulation. They have a deep understanding of production requirements, material specifications and manufacturing processes.
We are passionate, curious and practical problem solvers. We take pride in solving the unsolvable and the development of efficient, commercially viable solutions.
Our designers and engineers use the latest 3D CAD software to generate production-ready data for manufacturing. This allows us to design and verify components rapidly and accurately. Ensuring designs are fit for purpose and meet all manufacturing requirements. The 3D data we produce is also be used to generate other valuable assets such as 2D production drawings, 3D printed prototypes, CNC and machined prototype parts, photo-realistic product images and more.

Prototyping & Production.
Designing, creating and building new products will inevitably feature prototyping as a core part of the design process. Product development is a looping process of design, build, test, and evaluate.
Our in-house workshop, complete with 3D printers is the perfect place to test out ideas and development meaningful, useful prototypes.
Further, we’ve built and vetted a local and global network of suppliers who can assist with the production of prototypes and production level parts at every stage of the product development process.
Our Design Loop Process.
We utilise AGILE methodology to deliver items of work sooner, so we can design, build, test, evaluate, and identify and solve issues earlier in the process when time/cost investment is lower.
Our product development process consists of four main stages. Here’s an overview of what to expect in each stage.
